Uttam Business ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Uttam Invoice mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Uttam Invoice app.
Uttam Invoice allows you to create and manage invoices and estimates. Depending on the features you use, you may enter information such as:
Uttam Invoice is designed to store invoice, estimate, party, item and related business records primarily on your device for normal app operation.
We do not intentionally upload or store these business records on Uttam Business servers as part of the normal operation of the current version of the app.
Uttam Invoice uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob) to display advertisements.
Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device information, advertising identifiers, IP address and information related to advertising and app usage for purposes such as delivering ads, measuring advertising performance, preventing fraud and maintaining advertising services, subject to Google's policies and applicable law.

If the app provides a feature that allows you to add a business logo or image, the relevant device permission may be requested. Such access is used only when you choose to use the related feature.
Uttam Invoice may allow you to generate invoices or estimates and share them using applications available on your device, such as messaging or email applications.
When you choose to share information with another application or service, that third party may process the information according to its own privacy policy and terms.
In the normal operation of the current version of Uttam Invoice, we do not intentionally collect or store your invoice database, customer records, payment records or business records on Uttam Business servers.
The app does not require you to provide passwords, PINs, OTPs or online banking credentials for normal invoice creation and management.
We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the app. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for keeping exported invoices, estimates and other shared files secure.
Invoice, estimate, party and other business records stored locally by the app remain on your device until you delete them using the available app functions or remove the app/local application data, subject to the behavior of your device operating system.
Copies of invoices or estimates that you export, download or share may remain outside the app and are controlled by you and/or the third-party application or service where the copy is stored.
The app may use third-party services, including Google AdMob, to provide advertising and related services. These third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies.
Uttam Invoice is a business productivity and invoicing application and is not directed specifically to children.
We do not knowingly request children to provide personal information for the purpose of creating an account or using the app.
You control the business and invoice information that you enter into the app. You may delete information using the available app features and may choose whether to export or share invoices and estimates.
The current version of Uttam Invoice does not require users to create an online account for normal invoice and estimate functionality.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the app, services or applicable requirements. Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
